How long does my order take to prepare and ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.

Some pieces are ready to head your way almost immediately, while others may need a few finishing touches before they're packaged up. Because many of our pieces are individually distressed, embellished, or finished by hand, processing times can vary slightly from one order to the next.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: This is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

Can I pay extra for faster shipping? 

Yes! Expedited shipping options, including next-day delivery, are available at checkout.

Please keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the carrier’s delivery time only. Our standard 2–5 business day processing time still applies to all orders, and unfortunately, we’re unable to expedite this part of the process.

Once your order is ready to leave Grace & Beans, your selected expedited shipping method takes over to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Grace & Beans ships within the United States only. We hope to spread a little Grace beyond the U.S. in the future, so stay tuned!

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final.

Because so many of our pieces are individually distressed, embellished, altered, or produced in very limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and photos carefully before placing your order.

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please note that variations in distressing, placement, color, texture, or other hand-finished details are intentional characteristics of Grace & Beans pieces and are not considered defects.
